About us
We are a small, third generation, family run farm who specialise in making both Single and Double Gloucester Cheese from milk produced by our closed, mixed-breed herd. We are one of only six producers of the Traditional Single Gloucester Cheese.

Winners of the 2024 and 2025 Ambrosia Trophy from the Gloucester Cattle Society!
We are proud to have been awarded the Gloucester Cattle Society’s Ambrosia Trophy for both 2024 and 2025.This trophy shows recognition of achieving the highest yield of milk from a single Gloucester cow in the country over a 305-day lactation period.
